I first worked with Our Ability's founder, John, on a platform redesign during my co-op at Syracuse University. He liked the work enough to bring me back, this time as a Product Engineer, from January to July 2026. Two projects came out of that second round.

An AI pipeline that rebuilds inaccessible PDFs, benefit guides, HR forms, legal documents, so screen readers can read them properly.

A tool that helps candidates search jobs, ask questions about disclosing a disability, and get accommodation guidance.
